Malta and EU citizenship inexpensively with registration
The Maltese Parliament approved a bill allowing the sale of an island state passport to non-EU citizens. According to the authorities, this will attract wealthy investors to the country – after all, a passport will cost 650 thousand euros. The local press expects that 200-300 people will be ready to pay such an amount annually. Since Malta is a full member of the EU, its citizenship will allow it to live and work in all countries of the European Union.
