Informatics and communications technologies are young and they use energy-saving schemes quite widely. The European Commission is constantly monitoring the implementation of increasingly advanced energy saving schemes. This is the goal of the Smart Energy of Europe program. It includes the upbringing in people of an economical attitude to resources.
